Solution Overview
The inspection solution contains software-defined imaging system enable customers to automate the visual inspection process in the manufacturing industry for 50+ defect types. It helps end-users automatically collect quality data in real-time to save more than 90% of human inspectors cost with a 500 times better false acceptance rate. The imaging system, OptiX, will capture the images of all parts produced inline, and the images will be analyzed in a deep learning inspection system, CorteX. The CorteX will output the prediction result, indicating surface defects on the product.
